Shipping and Returns

I've placed my order online, now what happens? 

You will receive immediate email notification that your order has been received. We will then process payment and provided all information has been entered correctly, we will send you an email notifying you when your goods have been shipped. All items are carefully inspected to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality products. 

Items are usually shipped within 1-2 working days from receipt of confirmed payment.   

Who do you use for shipping?

All packages are sent via Canada Post Ground or Fed Ex Ground, depending on your location. If available, we will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel.

What will it cost me? 
Jordana's Boutique is pleased to offer the following flat rates for shipping and handling in Canada and the United States:

BC Residents: $7.00

The Rest of Canada: $9.00

USA: $10.00

When will I receive my package? 

Depending on your location, you will receive your items within 7-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your garment or item, send us an email, and we will forward you a Return Authorization Form to be enclosed with your package. Returns are made at the purchasers expense.

Items such as jewelry, swimwear, undergarments, tights, leggings, and any other items of a personal nature, we regret, are not refundable due to their intimate nature and hygienic standards we strive to uphold. 

Shoes & Boots are absolutely not to be worn outdoors whatsoever please. If worn indoors, soles and heels are not to show any sign of wear. In otherwards, shoes & boots are to be returned as they were sent out, brand new! 

Clothing must also be in excellent condition and deemed unworn. No stains (including underarm deodorant) please.

Goods must be returned within 14 calendar days after the order has been shipped. You must enclose a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in order for us to process your refund. Please contact us and we can assist you with this process.
 
Refunds are processed within 3-4 weeks of receiving your package.
