2) Do I need to register to make a purchase on the website?
Yes. Registration allows us to personalize your shopping experience by providing you with exclusive offers and discounts that are relevant to your past purchases. If you are not interested in receiving "Exclusive Offer" emails, you are more then welcome to exclude yourself from this offer. Privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and you will not be solicited.
3) What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
4) Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?
No. Simply pay as a guest, it's as easy as 1,2,3!
5) How do I figure out my size?
We have a sizing chart available to help you figure out what size you are. Some of the dresses (specifically the London Collection) are in UK sizing. We have converted these UK sizes into US sizing for you. If you have further questions about what size you are, please send us an email and we would be happy to help!
6) What if it doesn't fit?
We have an iron-clad 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you don't LOVE it, send it back! We'll exchange it for a different size, or give you a full refund, plus pay for your return shipping on your first two returns.
7) I've placed my order online, how do I receive my order?
We do our best to confirm and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. All our orders are shipped via Canada Post with flat rate shipping applied. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
8) I'm sort of in a hurry to receive my order, are there any options to expediate my order?
Absolutely! If you are in a rush to receive your order, please send us an email at info@jordanasboutique.com and we'll arrange to ship your products Express Post. There will be a cost difference for this service, and we will discuss this over email with you at the time of your order.
9) I noticed you are located in Vancouver, my hometown! Do you have a store front that I can visit?
We are an Online-only operation, so we do not have a store front or location to try things on. Being internet-based allows us to provide an extensive variety of unique products to our customers without having to factor in expensive rents, overhead costs etc!
